Corporate scandals on the horizon, warns CIPD
The stresses and strains of meeting short term targets are prompting business people to compromise organisational and personal ethics the CIPD is warning. In a new survey of 3,500 business leaders, and 2,200 HR practitioners in the UK, USA, Asia, Middle East and North Africa, 30 percent of business leaders said they would choose to continue rewarding high-performing individuals regardless of the values they demonstrate.
