Overview

Recruiting the right people for your organisation is getting harder.

For the first time since the recession the number of advertised jobs has overtaken the number of job seekers. This puts the candidate in a much stronger position, being able to pick, choose and demand what they want. To add to this, the UK is suffering from a skills gap with more than half of British businesses saying young people do not have the right skills for the job when they leave school.

All of this makes for a much more competitive market.

This conference took an in-depth look at the latest innovations in recruitment, helping you to stand out from competition in a tough market and find the right skills for hard-to-fill roles faster.

The event will give you the tools to develop cost-effective solutions that support your business agenda.
