Between 2020 and 2020 Monica was the editor of HRreview. She is currently working as a Marketing and Business Development Assistant (Dispute Resolution) for the international law firm, Witherworldwide.

Jennifer previously worked at My Family Care as Director, Head of Coaching & Thought Leadership and before that was a co-founder of Managing Maternity Ltd. She has also acted as a Commissioner on the Fawcett Society’s Commission on Gender Stereotypes in Early Childhood.
