Talent2 announces global renewed business focus and rebranding

-

Talent2, the leading HR BPO organisation and market leader in end-to-end talent management solutions, has announced a renewed global business focus and rebranding initiative that will enable Talent2 to strengthen its business under four offerings, HR Advisory, Recruitment, Payroll and Learning.

The London office is also about to launch an Interim Appointments practice in response to the demand for quality C-level candidates as companies increasingly implement business transformation processes in light of continuing economic pressure.

Talent2 also partners exclusively with Allegis in Europe to deliver end-to-end talent management and global RPO solutions. Allegis Talent2 already has a significant foothold in the UK HR advisory and outsourcing markets, particularly in the financial services and technology sectors, and is currently engaging clients across other sectors.

Tom Mason, Managing Director, Recruitment Managed Services – EMEA, Allegis Talent2, comments: “We are seeing organisations start to revisit their approach to Recruitment Process Outsourcing. With the evolution of online media and the growing scarcity of skilled resources, clients are asking us to develop their Employer Brand and connect this to the recruitment process.”

“The cost of hire will always be a key metric, but time and quality are equally important and this directly relates to the quality of the individual recruiting on behalf of the client. Our people are the difference between clients making the best possible hire and relying on market forces to determine the talent they can attract.”
