CV-Library Attracts On Demand Candidates

-

CVCV-Library moves their TV advertising online to 4 On Demand, engaging with professional job seekers and attracting active candidates directly to the job board.

This is the latest direct response campaign CV-library has launched, supporting the growth of their CV database and increasing the job board’s brand awareness. The 4 On Demand (4OD) advertising is launched alongside their successful TV and London Underground campaigns.

Lee Biggins, Managing Director of CV-Library: “Online engagement with job seekers is vital for CV-Library, so introducing our TV advert to 4OD was a natural decision to make. We’re catching candidates when they’re sitting at their computer or relaxed at home so they’re more likely to register their CV and search for jobs straight away.

“As job hunting via smartphones continues to increase we’re also aware of the importance of our mobile site and Apps. Consumer trends demonstrate that more often candidates are accessing websites via their mobile directly after seeing adverts; whether they’re on TV, online platforms such as 4OD or print campaigns. We’ve remained at the forefront of mobile innovation within the recruitment sector and this is reflected in our on-going growth.”
