globalNES Global Talent, the technical manpower specialist, has spoken of its expansion plans in the Middle East as it obtains a trade licence in Abu Dhabi and its Dubai-based office moves to larger premises.

The trade licence will allow NES Global Talent to partner more fully with the state-owned Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), one of the biggest oil and gas companies in the world, opening up a host of new opportunities and enabling it to provide contract as well as permanent personnel in the region.

At the same time, the company, which has a global network of 35 offices, five of which are in the Middle East, has moved its Dubai-based office into new larger premises and is due to complete a new registration in Oman in a few weeks.

Talking about the trade licence, Neil Mellin, Abu Dhabi-based Operations Manager at NES Global Talent, said: “We are delighted to have obtained our trade licence and become a pre-registered and qualified partner to ADNOC.

“The ability to work as a ‘manpower provider’ to the ADNOC group of companies, will open up a host of new opportunities. We look forward to working closely with the company, ensuring all of its businesses have access to the very best talent in the industry.”

“Our business is expanding rapidly across the Middle East,” said Darren Grainger, Regional Director, Middle East, at NES Global Talent.

“We have big plans for our business globally and in the Middle East specifically. In northern Iraq and Kurdistan we are seeing a great deal of growth in operation and drilling services and as the war for talent intensifies, the role of companies such as NES Global Talent becomes increasingly important.”

“Our global network of offices has been opened strategically within oil and gas hubs, such as Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Qatar and Saudi Arabia to mirror the geographical footprint of our key clients, meaning we can deliver the challenging staffing projects that others cannot.”

“As well as making sure we are in the locations where we are needed most, we work hard to put clients and candidates at the heart of everything we do, We offer a whole spectrum of client support services ranging from payroll through to a complete recruitment process outsourcing service along with additional support to our contractors including global healthcare insurance, visas, security and travel and mobilisation support. It is this people-centric approach that we believe sets us apart.”
