As an Associate at Bond Dickinson LLP, Jack's focus is on employment tribunal litigation handling a varied case load of complex employment tribunal claims for a range of clients covering unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, all strands of discrimination law, whistle-blowing and breach of contract. He also has experience of High Court claims relating to the breach of restrictive covenants and other post-employment obligations. Jack is experienced in drafting pleadings, developing and implementing robust litigation strategies, negotiating settlements via Acas and preparing claims for hearings. He also conducts advocacy in the employment tribunals. In addition to his litigious work, Jack provides non-contentious, strategic advice to a variety of clients in a range of sensitive employee relations matters including discrimination issues, redundancy situations and complex grievance and disciplinary matters.
