About The SJB Group and CHOTM
The SJB Group is a resourcing company that operates exclusively within the IT services, consultancy and technology sectors to source business critical talent at board level. At the core of their offering is Critical Hire Outsource (CHOTM), a unique service for both employers and candidates. CHOTM is a proven, scalable and flexible model allowing employers to benefit from a traditional search firm working on-site in collaboration with senior and critical hire managers without the associated cost base typified by transaction-only arrangements. At its core, CHOTM provides a workflow that encompasses administering a client’s internal, direct and referral candidates, as well as The SJB Group’s rapid external fulfilment. The service is defined by a template governance model and service level agreements with focus on attainment of key performance indicators such as: time to hire; cost per hire; direct fulfilment to budget; attrition level of fulfilled roles; management information.
