Expanding, Manchester-based IT specialist recruitment company Circle Recruitment is delighted to announce that it has achieved an ‘Investors in People accreditation’ for excellent training and people management.

The recruitment agency met the 39 requirements of the accreditation body by demonstrating clear vision while excelling in performance areas including business strategy, management effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Circle Recruitment, which relocated to MediaCityUK earlier this year, continues to go from strength to strength. The company has recruited a number of new consultants and is keen to take on further recruits in order to seize growth opportunities in 2015.

Steve Ricketts, managing director at Circle Recruitment said:

“We are extremely pleased to have achieved the Investors in People accreditation. As a company with strong client relationships and great opportunities ahead of us, this accreditation will help us in our aim to attract experienced, hard-working consultants.

“As a business we have a very different ethos to other IT recruitment companies in the UK, this accreditation proves that our laid-back culture is professional, appealing and is proving a success.”

A market leading IT recruitment agency for over 12 years, the company is currently recruiting and is keen to speak to hard-working, experienced recruitment consultants interested in working for a fun company that works hard and rewards its staff.

Steve concludes:

“This year we have expanded both our team and our office, and we currently have room for up to 50 staff. Circle has a great reputation in the sector. We offer a fantastic, supportive environment and we urge those who like a challenge and want great earning potential to get in touch.”

Paul Devoy, head of Investors in People said:

“Working with Investors in People inspires and enables leaders, managers and employees at all levels to build their skills, improve their performance and achieve their potential. We’d like to congratulate Circle Recruitment on their achievement.”
