The attitude at FOSSIL was fantastic from the outset. After the first meeting, we agreed to run a fitness training class from their place of business twice a week, on a weekly basis. It was soon reported back that the staff that were attending had a real noted difference in their performance at work, so Fossil then set up a programme which included fitness assessment and body fat analysis. I am very proud of what we have achieved with FOSSIL and I certainly consider them one of the reasons that fitMK offers the corporate programme that we now offer.”

Howard Hughes from Simplyhealth remarks: “We run this award scheme because we want to recognise and encourage companies to care about the health of their people. We believe that companies can make a positive contribution to the health of our nation. Congratulations to FOSSIL on achieving Simplyhealth Healthy Workplace status and demonstrating that the health and wellbeing of its employees is fundamental.”
