Monster, the worldwide leader in connecting people to job opportunities, today launched two new social recruiting services, TalentBin by Monster and Monster Twitter Cards, as well as a new communications platform called Monster Talent CRM, Monster also revealed a newly refreshed brand identity, reflecting a renewed mission of connecting people and jobs everywhere.

“Monster fundamentally altered the way jobs and candidates connect, and today we are launching several new products that will give recruiters new ways to connect with the talent they are looking for today,” said Andrew Sumner, Managing Director of Monster UK. “These new products challenge the conventional notions of social recruiting—in particular how to find and reach that elusive demographic of truly passive candidates, who are not actively looking for a new job. These products form a cornerstone of our mission to provide All the Jobs and All the People to the UK market. ”

Starting October 1st, Monster will offer a variety of new products and technologies to successfully connect more people with more jobs.

TalentBin® by Monster: finding a technology-focused candidate on the web

TalentBin by Monster is a powerful social search engine allowing recruiters to identify, contact and recruit the best technology candidates, wherever they are. By harnessing the vast amount of professionally relevant information people share across the social web, TalentBin by Monster surfaces potential job candidates by assembling profiles using current professional activities from relevant sites and then renders it in a rich professional profile, complete with contact information.

Recruiters can now enjoy an unprecedented access to a new pool of rare technology talent including those who have never or rarely update their candidate profile.

Already, TalentBin by Monster provides recruiters access to more than 100 million candidate profiles sharing their knowledge and experience on the Web, in addition to Monster UK’s own proprietary database of 3 million searchable CV’s.

“Considering the shortage of several IT profiles, such as developers or QA engineers Monster will offer services and products which are especially dedicated to the recruiting of these target groups”, Andrew Sumner adds. “Already launched and a successfully implemented tool in the US, we are very delighted to announce the introduction of TalentBin to the UK Market.”

Monster Twitter Cards: integrated social recruitment strategy for recruiters

Monster Twitter Cards offers recruiters a powerful social recruitment tool by automatically tweeting jobs throughout the day to a company’s or recruiter’s Twitter feed. A simple, turnkey way to more effectively message job openings, improve one’s corporate brand image, drive additional reach and interact with possible candidates.

A Monster Twitter Card is a branded extension of a Tweet that goes beyond the 140 characters limiting a standard Tweet, enabling the inclusion of a media element and information such as employer name, job title, salary, location, job description and hashtags. Monster Twitter Cards gives recruiters the ability to use Twitter to send up to ten branded job announcements and one summary tweet with a link to all open jobs each business day.

Monster Twitter Cards also offers automated hashtags, which makes job ad Tweets searchable throughout the Twitter community. Popular recruiting hashtags such as #career, #jobs and #hiring as well as job specific and customized hashtags are integrated into a company’s Tweets, providing additional exposure for job ads.

Monster Talent CRM: targeted messages to the best talent in a few clicks

Monster Talent CRM is an innovative solution enabling recruiters to easily send emails to the best candidates in Monster’s CV database. This complete, self-service campaign and messaging platform utilizes the same capabilities as Monster’s 6Sense semantic search technology to identify, source and send personalized messages to the best candidates. It uses integrated CRM toolsets to create one-to-one or one-to-many recruiting campaigns. This way, Monster offers more flexibility and reactivity to employers who wish to engage rapidly with candidates from Monster’s resume database fulfilling their requirements.

Born from the same innovation, Monster Cloud CRM enables the deployment of these identification and connecting technologies on the internal candidate databases of its clients.

New Brand Identity

Monster also unveiled a new brand identity, a purple flag emblazoned with a new company word mark. Rolling out across Monster’s global web network, the updated identity reflects Monster’s global footprint and represents the expanded ability to help employers and job candidates to Find Better.
