Red Letter Days for Business, the reward and incentive experts from Red Letter Days, has launched an international staff recognition programme, called ‘expectmore>> recognition’, for the UK’s leading warranty provider, Domestic and General.

The campaign has been designed to encourage all employees to support the delivery of the Company’s strategic programme, expectmore>>, while living and breathing its company values – care, creative, driven, dependable, expert and fair.

Spanning across six countries, the UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain and Italy, an online recognition platform has been designed by Red Letter Days for Business to enable all employees to get involved in the campaign and recognise great achievements and behaviour.

The programme has four reward levels – ‘everydaymore>>’, ‘managingmore>>’, ‘monthlymore>>’ and Employee of the Year.

‘everydaymore>>’ allows every member of staff to instantly reward a colleague who they feel has gone above their role with 10 points. The points are turned into a monetary value which can be redeemed against vouchers for experiences, high street shops, cinemas, hampers and holidays.

‘managingmore>>’ has been set up for managers to reward exceptional contributions with 50 points, and monthlymore>> is an international monthly award where colleagues can nominate peers who have delivered outstanding results against the strategic programme to be congratulated with 1,000 points. All nominations for the monthlymore>> Award are shared with the Operating Committee who judge entrants against the expectmore>> criteria. The Employee of the Year will be chosen from all recognition winners during the year, by the Chief Executive Officer.
