HRreview are partnering with renown HR events company Symposium to produce a conference on the fast and ever-growing world of HR analytics.

With this highly anticipated third annual conference round the corner, we are delighted announce a first look at the programme and speakers list for this key event.

Chaired by HR practioner and thought leader Jon Ingham, this conference will tackle the current approach to analytics within an HR function – and help you explore new ways of using metrics to monitor staff turnover, employee engagement, diversity and more.

We will be joined by thought leaders and experts including Andrea Eccles from the City HR Association, David Littlechild from Lloyd’s Banking Group, and Adam Gibson from the Metropolitan Police who will share their experience and insights to help you unlock the potential of HR analytics.

Learn how HR Analytics can be an invaluable tool – not only for the present, but for predicting and supporting future HR strategies and actions. The conference will also include keynote talks on niche subjects within the HR analytics agenda such as developing a data-driven culture within organisations, using data to unlock business transformation and workforce planning in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous times
